How do I export a WhatsApp chat?

Open WhatsApp → Select a chat → Tap the three dots (⋮) menu → More → Export chat → Choose "Without media" → Share with Symbiont Analyzer or save to Files.

Why does analysis take a while for long chats?

Each message is analyzed by our AI model. For chats with thousands of messages, this may take a minute or two. Please keep the app open until analysis completes.

Is my data stored on your servers?

No. Message text is sent to our server for AI classification but is processed in memory only and never stored. Sender names and timestamps remain on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What languages are supported?

Symbiont Analyzer supports English, German, French, Italian, and Swiss German.

How do I delete my data?

All analysis data is stored locally on your device. To delete it, go to your phone's Settings → Apps → Symbiont Analyzer → Clear Data (Android) or delete the app (iOS).

The app shows "Cannot connect to server"

This means your device cannot reach our classification server. Please check your internet connection and try again. The app requires an internet connection to analyze chats.
